This summer, we had the pleasure of creating an unforgettable dining experience for Annie’s Boutique during their exclusive Ibiza summer party. The evening was all about elegance, summer vibes, and celebrating good food in beautiful surroundings.

We crafted a vegetarian menu that perfectly captured the flavours of the season. Guests began with a chilled green gazpacho, light and refreshing, followed by a rich, buttery pasta that delighted the senses with every bite. The meal concluded with a decadent cacao and cashew dessert, adorned with the season’s sweetest island cherries, offering a perfectly balanced finale to the evening.
