Guests gathered around softly curved tables dressed in a lush green palette, setting the stage for a celebration that felt both modern and organic. The evening began with a vibrant canapé hour featuring a master jamonero carving silky slices of cured ham by hand, a delicious nod to Spanish tradition that had guests gathered in awe.
Dinner followed with a dramatic paella as the centrepiece, a feast of saffron, seafood, and fire that brought everyone together around the spectacle of cooking and connection.
For dessert, the moment everyone was waiting for, a smashing pavlova brought the house down as bursts of colour from paint guns turned the finale into an explosion of joy and sweet chaos. The sunset fire skies and the pavlova together was a masterpiece in beauty!
