Guests were welcomed into a world of wonder with a theatrical canapé reception—where performers wove through the crowd as trays of artful bites drifted past, each one as dramatic as the next. An Elixir Bar took centre stage, offering bespoke cocktails and botanical infusions designed to awaken the palate and spark conversation. Dinner unfolded into a plated main course—elegant, balanced, and bursting with seasonal flavour—before the night deepened into a sensual after-dinner show that held the room in quiet awe.

The finale? A smashing pavlova, a dessert that quite literally stole the show in a flurry of sweetness, laughter, and applause.
