Nicole and Peter opened the 2025 season for us at Fincadelica. It was a beautiful two days with wildflowers and soft pinks everywhere to match the spring. We kept the menu Spanish with elegant canapés around the pool. One long table looked oh so chic for guests to enjoy their perfect menu. This was wedding with immense style and creativity we were delighted to be part of. For the Day 2 party we created a bespoke braai inspired menu due to Nicole´s South African heritage.
